Shipping


All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days, unless next day delivery is requested, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability.

Please note that no orders will be dispatched from 25th to 27th December 2009 inclusive, 31st December 2009 and 1st January 2010.

Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery times and processing fees are subject to change and will be determined at time of order subject to the following delivery options outlined below:


Delivery within US (contiguous 50 states)

Standard Delivery: $8.50
Your order should arrive in 3-7 business days from dispatch.

Express Delivery: $17.00
Your order should arrive 2-3 days from dispatch. Orders must be placed before 12pm EST between Monday and Thursday.

Priority Delivery: $25.00
Your order should arrive 1-2 days from dispatch. Orders must be placed before 12pm EST between Monday and Thursday.

Delivery to US outer regions (Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico)

Standard Delivery: $23.00
Your order should arrive in 7 business days from dispatch

Express Delivery: $29.00
Your order should arrive in 4 days from dispatch. Orders must be placed before 12pm EST between Monday and Thursday.

Priority Delivery is not available for the US outer regions.

Delivery to Canada

We only offer express delivery to Canada. The charge for delivery is $60.00 and delivery time is 1-3 days. Deliveries to Canada will incur additional GST & duty taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Perfumes, colognes and home fragrance sprays may not be available for Express or Priority delivery.

Cancellation & returns


We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us in writing, by email at uscustomerservice@moltonbrown.com, within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please indicate your name, order number and reason for the return.

If you need to return your order to us, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging and be returned to us in the same condition as you received it.

Please note that Molton Brown does not pay postage for items you return.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used product. However, full refunds will be granted on unopened and unused items accompanied by a receipt. If you are returning a gift without a receipt we are happy to offer an exchange or a gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the product returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Molton Brown is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. To avoid the loss of money loaded on a gift card, please register your molton brown gift card.
