Job Summary

The Digital Analyst (DA) is to play a key role in providing effective insightful, actionable and timely analysis and reporting in support of the Digital business, marketing and commercial initiatives. Pivotal to the Digital business is the continued upkeep of trading reports, the DA is responsible for the delivery of findings in clear, concise and easily digestible formats.

Key Overall Responsibilities

  • Define, propose, produce and maintain a suite of reports for measuring site performance; including and not limited to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports documenting Sales, Conversion, ATV, Traffic, customer journey, checkout funnel, visitor bounce and other metrics as well as useful insights and observations in a visual format.
  • Identifying consumer trends, analysing competitors and recommending improvements to online activities to ensure maximum ROI on digital spend.
  • Analyse all areas of website performance, work with designers, developers and Digital Managers to make necessary changes to the website based on the analysis. Liaising with the wider digital team to look at analysis of the reports and deliver insight and changes to increase ROI and drive efficiency for all campaigns
  • Identify, Share and Drive A/B and multivariate testing reporting and analysis.
  • Support Digital Marketing function with analysis of Social, PPC, Affiliate reporting etc.
  • Set up dynamic analysis and insight reports that can be used on an ongoing basis to monitor KPIs and drive business development including but not limited to, Campaigns, Product launches and unique Digital ventures.
  • Working with internal and external teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance of all data entry and storage. Identify training needs and develop protocols to achieve consistency and data accuracy.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify, Share and Drive best practise and learning s (including to international territories), become the centre of expertise for the Digital Function.
  • Support the Digital Function with Ad hoc reporting requests.

The Person

  • Proficient in analytical tools including Coremetrics and Google Analytics, with confidence in presenting your findings.
  • He/she should be super comfortable with web analytics and be results focused, with a strong commercial acumen, self-motivated and driven to take initiative.
  • He/she should be passionate about all things Digital; including but not limited to E-commerce, online marketing, Social, mobile, Affiliates, email marketing and emerging technologies. They thrive in a fast paced, deadline and target driven environment and who is comfortable discussing ROI, Conversion, Traffic, CPA and other metrics and KPIs.
  • He/she should be passionate about the Customer - focused on the Customer experience and journey; "the customer’s moment of truth".

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a results driven role for a consumer brand.
  • Experience, knowledge and proficient with pulling and reporting results/Analysis within a commercial environment.
  • Experience of developing and implementing reports, dashboards etc. from scratch
  • Able to analyse and interpret large amounts of data and communicate clear actionable conclusions
  • Highly Analytical, an “Excel Super user”
  • Multiple Analytic Software experience. ie. Coremetrics, Omniture, Google Analytics, Webtrends etc.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Highly developed commercial acumen and comfortable with analytics, data and numbers
  • Strong Communications and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to develop and leverage successful working relationships both with internal and external colleagues
  • Highly organised, with Excellent time-management skills who can respond positively to changing priorities
  • Enthusiastic, Proactive individual with a "can do attitude" who can work at all levels with a high level of attention to detail

Job Summary

The Social Coordinator (SC) is to play a key role in building and managing Molton Brown’s current and future Social Media presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, Polyvore and blog. The SC will be expected to create engaging rich content and respond to social queries, complaints etc. in a timely manner as instructed and set by the Digital management team.

Key Overall Responsibilities

  • Social SLAs – including but not limited to responses time, monitoring etc.
  • Update all social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Polyvore) with relevant and engaging content on a regular basis
  • 24hr, 365 day Social Support (shared with ADMM, DMA & DA). Fully respond to questions and queries with speed and good judgement. Escalate to internal partners when necessary (i.e. Customer Services, R&D, Legal etc)
  • Creatively and proactively engage consumers to drive conversations and relationships as the voice of the brand increasing brand advocacy, customer engagement, sales and traffic
  • Utilise brand-appropriate tone of voice
  • Manage social media content calendar for brand and execute
  • Own content creation including creating and briefing assets and working with wider teams to develop content (PR, creative, brand, legal etc)
  • Report weekly on social media activity using relevant KPIs. Analyse metrics and assist in optimising campaign performance to achieve KPIs including but not limited to ROI, Conversion, ATV etc
  • Research market trends and keep abreast of new technologies and digital innovations
  • Monitor and report Social best practise

  • Assist Digital Marketing team with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Display.

  • Support the Digital Marketing Team with regular campaign reviews and wash ups, presenting back to the Digital team with results; what worked, what didn’t work etc.

REPORTS TO:
Retail Interior Design Manager, Creative Services

JOB SUMMARY:

Working closely with the Retail Interior Design Manager to design and realise retail environments for Molton Brown globally. Duties to include conceptualising, planning and visualising retail spaces as well as preparing full detail drawing packages for internal and external sign off, the tender process and manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Based on the existing design concept, create concept designs for flagship stores, concessions, airports and outlets and translate these into drawing packages for tender/manufacture to include plans, sections and elevations along with unitary detailing and full schedules of specifications and finishes.
  • Working with the Retail Design Manager and other key members of staff to design and develop proposed new store concepts for ultimate global roll out.
  • Work with the Retail Design Manager to prepare presentations to include 3D visualisations and material sample boards for internal and external approvals.
  • Working with the Retail Design Manager to conceptualise the design of any additional roll out unitary for new product launches. Refine the concept through prototyping and value engineering to meet design and commercial constraints.
  • Working with the Retail Design Manager and with shop fitters in all markets to sign off prototype unitary and production drawings ensuring they are of the highest quality in terms of construction and finish. Attend factory visits when required.
  • Working with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create in-store theatre and an engaging customer journey, taking into consideration how store design and VM cohere to realise one consistent brand experience.
  • An understanding of international markets to ensure that design, manufacturing and material standards are consistent throughout.
  • An understanding of current DDA/EA regulations.

ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant architecture / interior design / industrial design qualification.
  • Ability to take projects through from design to completion on site.
  • Excellent skills in Vector Works, Cinema 4D, Adobe CS and Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective time and workload management.
  • A strong portfolio of work showing experience in the luxury sector.
  • A proven ability to prepare presentations including 3D visuals using Cinema 4D.
  • Ability and experience of working with manufacturers, suppliers and shopfitters.
  • An understanding of value engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and have permission to live and work in the UK long term.

DESIRABLE CANDIATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of designing for international markets.
  • An interest in trends, culture and future technology.
  • An understanding of the customer journey and experience in-store.
