Client Services Co-ordinator – Retail

Brief Job Description:

To act as point of contact for retail trade partners and carry out the corresponding administrative tasks whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Providing and maintaining a high level of customer service based on parameters established by the Company.
  • Dealing with customers’ sales queries via telephone, email, fax or post.
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy in all levels of documentation – customer correspondence etc.
  • Providing a point of contact for liaison with trade partners
  • Providing a central point of contact for liaison with Account Managers.
  • Processing all retail sample requests and providing stock availability and delivery details
  • Generating reports for the sales team and management.
  • Trouble shooting problem areas.
  • Flexibility to support cross-functional requirements within the department

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The jobholder must possess or have experience of:

  • Customer services
  • Multi-task handling
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
