Location: Field based – National and International remit
Role: Sales Educator, Global
Based: Field based – National and International remit
Reporting to: Associate Director - Sales Education Global
Key relationships: Store Managers and teams, Retail teams, Marketing, Channel leads and stakeholders, Country teams.
As this is a global, multi-channel role, whilst the role is essentially Monday to Friday, there will be regular travel outside of 9-5, overnight stays away from home and occasional weekend travel.
The role in a nutshell
As a member of the Global Sales Education team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing and delivering product, service and sales training for Global retail stores, wholesale, concessions, hotels, ECom and Travel retail and Customer Services in order to drive sales, key performance indicators and commerciality, which in turn enhance the customer experience in line with the Brand strategy.
