Location: Field based – National and International remit

Description:

Role: Sales Educator, Global

Based: Field based – National and International remit

Reporting to: Associate Director - Sales Education Global

Key relationships: Store Managers and teams, Retail teams, Marketing, Channel leads and stakeholders, Country teams.

As this is a global, multi-channel role, whilst the role is essentially Monday to Friday, there will be regular travel outside of 9-5, overnight stays away from home and occasional weekend travel.

The role in a nutshell

As a member of the Global Sales Education team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing and delivering product, service and sales training for Global retail stores, wholesale, concessions, hotels, ECom and Travel retail and Customer Services in order to drive sales, key performance indicators and commerciality, which in turn enhance the customer experience in line with the Brand strategy.

Essential skills and experience

  • A Training/education background
  • Retail management experience
  • Experience of designing/delivering and measuring Customer Service in a competitive retail environment
  • Experience of travelling nationally and/or internationally with work
  • Experience of working, and inspiring others to perform, remotely
  • Experience of working in a multi-channel, matrix structure environment
  • Developed communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised with an eye for attention to detail
  • An ability to self-appraise and self-motivate
  • Developed Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience within the Beauty/luxury service sector and an awareness of competitor activity
