Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Planning manager with delivering a stable Master Production schedule for Molton Brown.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting creation of the Master Production Schedule against the consolidated forecast

Capacity analysis and load-levelling for bulk and filling lines – may be asked to provide data to support the in-house S&OP process
-
Execute requisitions for bottles and other materials as dictated by the production schedule
-
Resolution of scheduling conflicts in case of plan changes, unavailability of materials or resources
-
Any other duties as required by the Planning Manager or Head of Planning

Will deputise for the Planning Manager in times of sickness, holiday and SAP activities

Should be able to cover for the 3rd party planner. A knowledge of the following should be built up:
-
Maintain inventory levels at EDS warehouse and provide good customer service to EMEA region for all sales channels

Provide data to the business via the Key product Monitor (KPM)

Assist with process Queries regarding the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
-
Assist with Stock Control (monitor sell-through of MTO items and where necessary liaise with Outlet team)

Capable of creating and maintaining EFACS master data

Assist in achieving departmental goals as defined by the Head of Planning
-
Assist Head of Planning with Supply Chain reporting on a monthly and weekly basis
Skills and Experience:
-
Prior experience of a Planning role, must be able to demonstrate good understanding of planning principles (MRP)

Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships throughout the organisation

Ability to work in a team environment as well as an individual

Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written and be comfortable talking to all levels of the business

IT literate, Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (EFACS experience preferential)

High level of logical thought

Adaptability and a keen sense of prioritising

Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment

Ability to deal well with uncertainty

Must be able to demonstrate complete/finisher mindset
