The volumising polymers and strengthening plant extracts in our Volumising Thekku shampoo help to give your hair a boost, with a woody, masculine scented foam that's a joy to use.
- Thekku bark extract: also known as teak, this extract helps to strengthen the hair. In manufacturing it is used in outdoor furniture due to its high amount of silica which protects the wood from the elements.
- Volumising polymers: to help add some extra 'lift' to fine, flat looking hair.
Massage into the hair and scalp, then wash thoroughly.

Clean
I spent a year in the desert and this shampoo finally got my hair clean and smelling great. Scent is a powerful mood enhancer as proof from this shampoo. I would challenge someone to take a nice hot shower... close there eyes... breathe in the scents from this shampoo and not get transformed to a better place. Oh yeah and your hair will be cleaner than it has ever been.

Not sure about this one
I have used hair volumising products before so I know what to expect. With this one however, my hair never really feels that different after I have washed it so I am not sure whether I am doing something wrong or whether the product just doesnt work so well for me. I am staying with it for now however.

Volumising Thekku Hairwash
This smells fine when using it,but for me is a little too strong for a shampoo,and the scent lingers too strongly in the hair all day.Having quite fine hair,as this product is meant for,I have to agree with another reviewer in finding that this product makes the hair too coarse and dry.I am therefore disappointed,and can only use the product interspersed with other far cheaper but better shampoos and conditioners.I won't be buying this again.

Fabulous and relaxing
This is the 3rd bottle of this I have brought. It is fantastic, the smell is lovely and it makes your hair feels thicker within a few washes.

Could be brilliant!
I love the smell of this shampoo purely for just how unique and invigorating it is, however upon using it, it leaves my hair with the same 'stripped' and 'dry' feeling that most other shampoos leave me with. This can only be remedied by using a conditioner each time. For this reason, I wouldn't buy it again and can't recommend it.

Great shampoo for thinning hair
I have fine thinning hair but since using this product it has thickened up and looks & feels a lot more healthy. It also has a great aroma.

*The* best smelling shampoo ever
One of my favourite products here at Molton Brown has to be this hairwash. It's mostly down to the fragrance for me - that cologne-like aroma of mate absolute and patchouli which stays with your throughout the day.
It's also great for making your hair easier to style and I find it's ideal for making my curly hair look more 'wavy' than 'weather-beaten'!
